Meydan One Mall:
Meydan One Mall is an upcoming shopping mall project to be built between the existing Meydan racecourse site and Al Khail Road. It will feature a 1-kilometre indoor ski slope and be home to over 500 stores. It will also feature a 21-screen cinema and parking for over 12,000 cars. The Italian construction company awarded a AED 435 million contract to construct the mall. The project is scheduled to begin construction this year and be completed in 23 months.
Marsa Al Arab:
The Marsa Al Arab is one of the upcoming mega-projects in Dubai, which will span 4 million square feet of reclaimed land. In addition to the hotel, there will be a marine park, an educational center, and a theater. This project will also include the first Middle East performance of Cirque du Soleil. In addition, it will feature a boutique hotel that’s inspired by the beauty of pearls.
Atlantis, the royal resort:
One of the most promising projects slated to open in the next few years is the Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences. This new project will include a hotel and a two-story residential tower with a combined height of 185 meters. The new property will feature 795 guest rooms and 231 serviced residences with private plunge pools.
Museum of future:
